Returns & Exchanges
We offer free returns on all our products, except earrings which cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. With the exception of earrings, You have the right to return any/all products you have purchased directly from our website within 30 days of receiving the item.
In the event you would like to return your purchase, all items need to be returned if you ordered a gift set.
Please note that “Complimentary” items (or any free product received as part of a promotional offer) are not eligible to be exchanged and must be returned along with the other items in your order if you are returning your order for a refund. However, gift wrapping included in a purchase during a campaign does not have to be returned.
The campaign offer is based on the original purchase. In case of a return where you no longer fulfil the criteria for the campaign offer, the refunded or charged amount will be adjusted accordingly.
Kindly note that after the watch has been adjusted to fit your wrist, the warranty is still valid but you cannot return the watch.
Kindly note that items purchased online cannot be returned to a local retail store.

My husband loves this ring, he flaunts it every chance he gets !. It was quite difficullt to get hold of it since the physical stores did not have it and it was sold out online but when it finally got restocked, we immediately ordered. Honestly if you are far from a store the online service is really horrible and maybe do not try to purchase using it. The ring itself is beautiful but it was unfortunately big and there is no exchange option for south africans, resulting in possible additional fees for repurchasing long return wait and refund times so maybe dont purchase online and go to store instead you might have a better experience.

HOW DO I FIND OUT MY RING SIZE?
The easiest way to do this is to use a measuring tape. Place the measuring tape around the base of the finger, where you would like the ring to sit. Compare this measurement (inside circumference) to the chart above to determine your ring size. Alternatively,try our measurement guide, link in footer
MEASURING TIPS
Measure your ring size at the end of the day when your fingers are at their largest. Make sure your hands are nice and warm. If you’re cold, your finger may be up to half a size smaller than normal.
If using a measuring tape, or a ring sizer, make sure it fits comfortably enough not to slip off, but loose enough to slide over your knuckle.
If buying a thicker ring we would recommend you go up a size.
