We offer free returns on all our products, except earrings which cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. With the exception of earrings, You have the right to return any/all products you have purchased directly from our website within 30 days of receiving the item.
In the event you would like to return your purchase, all items need to be returned if you ordered a gift set.

I love my ring. I love the gold quality and it completes the watch and bracelet set. Size 48 is small and only fits the pinkie finger.

Honestly this isn't even about the product its about Daniel Wellington itself, when you need a refund from them they WILL NOT pay you your money back, you are stuck with automated responses and receive absolutely no help, the waiting period for a refund is 5 business days according to their consultants, I'm on 9 business days, the product was not used/ damaged since I haven't even worn it.
Please do not order from them especially online I highly do not recommend it.We are very sorry for the frustration and inconvenience this caused. A member of our customer service team already reached out to you and was in touch to assist with your concerns.
