We offer free returns on all our products, except earrings which cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. With the exception of earrings, You have the right to return any/all products you have purchased directly from our website within 30 days of receiving the item.
In the event you would like to return your purchase, all items need to be returned if you ordered a gift set.
Please note that “Complimentary” items (or any free product received as part of a promotional offer) are not eligible to be exchanged and must be returned along with the other items in your order if you are returning your order for a refund. However, gift wrapping included in a purchase during a campaign does not have to be returned.
The campaign offer is based on the original purchase. In case of a return where you no longer fulfil the criteria for the campaign offer, the refunded or charged amount will be adjusted accordingly.

The expected life length of the battery is 2 to 4 years depending on outer conditions such as heat/cold. We use a standard 1.55V silver dioxide button cell, specifically a Sony 364 (SR621SW).
For battery replacement, if there's no Daniel Wellington store near your area, you may just take the watch to any of the trusted watch shops nearby.

This is the second time ordering this same wristwatch within a one month period. I returned the first one and I have yet again received another defective and non-functioning watch from DW. It has the same issues as the first one I ordered. The watch does not run. The minute hand is loose and moves when you tilt the watch which it should not! This wristwatch looks beautiful, but totally useless if it doesn't work.
Does no one run any quality control checks on these watches at DW anymore before they are shipped out to customers?? My old DW wristwatch (the same model as the two defectives ones I ordered) lasted me over 13yrs without any issues until I accidentally dropped it recently and the two o'clock marker/indices came loose off of the dial face...though it's still running and keeping the accurate time!
I am totally disillusioned and disappointed with the quality & worksmanship of current Daniel Wellington watches. I'm sorry to say I will no longer be purchasing any more Daniel Wellington wristwatches.
